BaseManager/BACnet Manager Server Admin Contact Form

When a customer purchases a self-hosted BaseManager and/or BACnet Manager server, the server (either VM image or hardware) needs to be set up on the network at the customer’s site. Baseline provides up to 8 hours of remote configuration support for these products.

Baseline has found that it is most effective for our Support Team to work directly with the Server Administrator and Network Administrator at the site where the BaseManager and/or BACnet Manager server will be set up.

We ask all customers who are purchasing Baseline’s self-hosted server products to complete the Admin Contact form, linked below, to ensure that our Support Team is able to get in touch with the administrators.
