Viewing BaseManager Subscriptions

BaseManager users with Site Manager or Company Admin accounts can access the Subscriptions page.

  1. After you have logged into BaseManager, click the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of the page.
  2. In the menu, click Administration.
  3. In the Administration submenu, click Manage Subscriptions. The Subscriptions page opens in a new tab.
  4. Review the content in the table.

The renewal date determines when you will be charged for your subscription. When you purchase a subscription, it is valid for one year.

If you add a controller to an existing company, the new controller subscription renewal fee will be prorated in order to put all controllers on the same renewal schedule.

If you want a list of all BaseManager subscriptions for your company, refer to Exporting a List of BaseManager Subscriptions.

  1. When you have finished viewing the BaseManager subscriptions, click the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of the page, and then Sign Out. The Sign in to BaseManager Admin page displays.
  2. Close the tab for the BaseManager Admin page.
