Scheduled BaseManager Update

On September 16, 2015, between 7 PM and 10 PM MST, BaseManager may be unavailable for a short period of time.  We will  pushing an update to BaseManager.  During that time, you may be unable to log into BaseManager and your controller(s) may be disconnected.  After the update is complete, controllers will reconnect on their own.

This update is all about under-the-hood performance enhancements.
